Brewery Background:

Leave the Life Below Outer Range was founded upon the belief that our beers should transport you to these rugged peaks that humble and inspire us every day. Our taprooms in the Colorado Rockies and French Alps serve as an escape from the hustle of daily life, where friends and family can return to nature and create meaningful memories. We believe that those memories are elevated when what’s poured into your glass is crafted with care and inspired by the mountains themselves.

Serving Suggestions:

Enjoy 'Pastels' IPA chilled to around 45-50°F, perfect for a refreshing outdoor gathering or a cozy evening indoors. Pair it with spicy dishes, grilled seafood, or a fresh fruit salad to complement its tropical notes. Whether you're unwinding after a day on the slopes or sharing stories by the campfire, 'Pastels' IPA is the ideal companion for any occasion.
