Kaveh Zamanian’s journey from clinical psychology to bourbon-making began with a love story; meeting his Louisville-native wife, Heather, inspired him to dive into Kentucky’s bourbon culture. The result is a portfolio that reimagines tradition, balancing heritage distilling methods with contemporary creativity to push bourbon into new territory.
