Distiller's Background:

Azuñia Tequila is the exclusive export of Agaveros Unidos de Amatitán and is handcrafted at the family-operated Rancho Miravalle estate, nestled at the foot of Volcán de Tequila. The Azuñia story began over 75 years ago when Enrique Zepeda, a celebrated figure in tequila making, partnered with Salvador Rivera Lizardi, blending their expertise to produce high-quality, traditional tequila. Today, their legacy is preserved by the Zepeda and Lizardi families, who continue to oversee operations, honoring the heritage of Rancho Miravalle and the community. Each bottle of Azuñia reflects this heritage, distilled with pure, mineral-rich water from an underground well filtered by volcanic rock.

Serving Suggestions:

Azuñia Platinum Tequila Blanco is perfect for sipping neat at room temperature (68-72°F) to savor its pure, floral character. It also shines in cocktails, particularly in the Azuñia Orgánica Margarita, where its crisp flavor is beautifully complemented by fresh lime juice and organic agave nectar.
