Sherman & Hooker is a project of Bedrock Wine Co., led by Morgan Twain-Peterson, Master of Wine, alongside partner Chris Cottrell. The Whole Shebang is crafted entirely in the Bedrock cellars from declassified lots of Bedrock wines, rehabilitated old vineyards, and select parcels, allowing the team to create a consistent, soulful blend that overdelivers without manipulation or artifice.
