With vineyards planted across varied soils and microclimates, the winery emphasizes expressive, accessible wines that showcase both regional identity and modern craftsmanship. Under the guidance of oenologist Nuria López Sarroca, Can Blau has become a reference point for approachable yet authentic Montsant reds.
