Sensory Description:

In the glass, this wine glows a deep ruby red with garnet reflections. Guided by her respect for nature and the legacy of her land, she has built a reputation for crafting soulful, terroir-driven Sangiovese wines through organic farming and minimal intervention. Her vineyards, nestled between woodlands at altitudes of 150–360 meters, thrive in calcareous clay soils rich in marine fossils. Chiara employs manual labor in both the vineyard and cellar, relying on native yeasts, gravity flow, and gentle macerations to capture the essence of her fruit. Her dedication to purity and patience has made her one of Italy’s most exciting young producers, bringing new prestige to the wines of Romagna.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve at 16–18°C in a Burgundy or tulip-shaped glass to highlight its aromatic complexity and silken texture.
