The wine opens with brooding aromatics, dried violets, black plum, and crushed graphite, framed by subtle anise and dark forest floor. On the palate, black cherry and wild herbs thread through firm yet polished tannins. There’s a subtle earthiness and mineral drive throughout, with balanced acidity leading into a savory, persistent finish dusted with cocoa and dried thyme.
