Jimena Lopez founded Graffito as a deeply personal project, equal parts grit, intuition, and artistry. Her journey began when she discovered a Malbec vineyard in Alto Agrelo planted in 1908 and still farmed by the same family. These old vines, with their remarkable structure and balance, form the foundation of her wines. Jimena also partners with small growers in Los Árboles and Vista Flores, crafting each cuvée with thoughtful blending and a relentless eye for quality.
