Winemaker’s Background:

Weingut Leitz is a family estate based in Rüdesheim am Rhein. Johannes Leitz assumed responsibility for the winery in 1985 after training as a master vintner, growing the estate from a small family holding into one of the Rheingau's established producers. His son Antonius now works alongside him as the next generation, while Isabelle Eger serves as Head Winemaker.
