Leopold Bros. is an independently owned distillery founded by Todd and Scott Leopold. Todd, a Siebel Institute–trained maltster and brewer who also studied at the Doemens School in Munich, apprenticed in breweries and distilleries across Europe before establishing the distillery. His brother Scott, with a background in industrial and environmental engineering from Northwestern and Stanford, brings a commitment to sustainable design and processes.
