After establishing herself through POE Wines and Mommenpop aperitifs, Samantha created Ultraviolet to deliver beautifully crafted wines at an accessible price point. She sources organically farmed fruit from Mendocino’s Ukiah region, where dramatic day-night temperature swings and unique soils create wines with freshness, flavor, and unmistakable character. Her minimal-intervention approach highlights purity, balance, and the beauty of great California fruit.

Serve slightly cool, around 15–17°C (59–63°F), to enhance the wine’s brightness and aromatic lift.
