WeldWerks Brewing Co. was founded in Greeley in 2015 by Neil Fisher and Colin Jones after Fisher’s years of experimental homebrewing developed into plans for a commercial brewery. Fisher has led the brewing program as Head Brewer, while Jones serves as CEO. WeldWerks has built its identity around what it calls “Dialed-In Beer,” a philosophy centered on continuous refinement, careful ingredient selection, technical consistency, and experimentation across an unusually broad range of styles. The brewery now operates both 15-barrel and 30-barrel brewhouses at its downtown Greeley facility, where all of its beers are produced.
