The Joseph Cattin estate has been rooted in the heart of Alsace since 1720. Now managed by the 11th generation, Jacques Sr., Jacques Jr., and Jean-Marie, the family oversees more than 60 hectares of vines. Planted along the foothills of the Vosges Mountains at elevations ranging from 200 to 400 meters, their vineyards benefit from southeast exposure and ideal ripening conditions. The “Sauvage” range reflects their forward-thinking philosophy, embracing organic and vegan practices while honoring regional tradition.
