Le Colture Cruner is a softly rounded Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore that balances gentle sweetness with the freshness and aromatic lift of Glera. Selected from vineyards where sandstone and clay soils combine with Valdobbiadene's mild hillside conditions, it offers delicate orchard fruit and floral aromas carried by a fine, persistent stream of bubbles. At 18 g/L of residual sugar, the palate is supple and lightly sweet rather than austere, yet bright acidity keeps the wine fresh and harmonious. It is an elegant expression of the traditional Dry style, with fruit, flowers and creamy texture lingering through the finish.

Winemaker's Background:

The Ruggeri family has cultivated vines in the hills of Valdobbiadene since the 1500s, with Cesare Ruggeri establishing Le Colture's sparkling-wine operation in 1983. Today his children Silvia, Alberto and Veronica are actively involved in the family estate, which farms approximately 40 hectares across multiple vineyard properties. A single named winemaker for Cruner was searched but could not be verified, so production is attributed to the Producer Team.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve at approximately 8-10°C. Cruner's fine bubbles, floral fruit and gentle sweetness make it particularly well suited to delicate pastries, shortcrust desserts, fruit tarts, mille-feuille and lightly sweet baked goods. It is also an appealing choice with focaccia or as a softly styled sparkling wine enjoyed on its own.
