Made entirely from Pinot Noir grown at Cortell-Rose Vineyard, this traditional-method blanc de noirs brings the cool, wind-shaped character of Oregon’s Eola–Amity Hills into a bright, precise sparkling wine. Its luminous acidity carries the fruit through a long, focused finish. Named for Elizabeth, winemaker David Patte’s partner and muse, Les Étoiles d’Élise celebrates the feeling of drinking stars.

Patte names this cuvée for Elizabeth, his partner and a constant source of inspiration. The vineyard’s cool Pacific breezes help maintain the tension and acidity that give this sparkling wine its lively, focused character.
