  • Aging: 4 months in stainless steel tanks, plus 1 month in bottle.
  • Vineyard: Espalier trained, planted in 1997, south/southeast exposure, clay, and sandy soil.

Sensory Description: 

This wine presents a clear, straw-colored yellow with greenish tints, bright and elegant. The bouquet offers an aromatic complexity marked by white flowers. It is dry, calm, and tasty on the palate, with a refined aftertaste, balancing well between acidity and fruitiness.
