Sensory Description:

Bright aromas of citrus peel, fresh apricot, white peach and wild herbs rise from a gentle natural sparkle. The palate is lively and refreshing, with notes of mandarin, stone fruit and crisp orchard fruit layered over subtle tea-like tannins from skin contact. Delicate texture, energetic acidity and a fine mousse lead to a clean, thirst-quenching finish with a lightly savoury edge that invites another sip.

Founded in 2010 by Rhône enthusiast William Allen, Two Shepherds has built a devoted following for its small-lot wines crafted from distinctive and often overlooked grape varieties. Karen Daenen joined the winery in 2015 as co-owner and Chief Shepherdess, helping guide the winery's growth while William oversees all aspects of production. Native fermentations, neutral vessels and minimal intervention remain central to their philosophy, allowing each vineyard and variety to express its natural character with authenticity and precision. Natty Pets exemplifies this spirit, combining creativity, sustainability and a sense of fun without compromising craftsmanship.
