Portugal Boutique Winery was founded in 2020 by winemaker Ricardo Sarrazola, with a mission to preserve and showcase the richness of Portuguese winemaking across its most celebrated terroirs. Beginning in the Douro, the project soon expanded to Bairrada and the Lima Valley, where Gorro Loureiro was born. Sarrazola’s vision is complemented by assistant winemaker Diogo Carvalho, who brings both academic expertise and a passion for minimal-intervention winemaking. Together, they produce wines that are vibrant, authentic, and deeply expressive of their origins, wines that embody the Portuguese soul.
