Currently led by Louis Gatinois, the twelfth generation, the estate spans seven hectares of old-vine vineyards. Their hallmark Petit Pinot d’Aÿ clone, renowned for its tiny berries and exceptional quality, is the foundation of their wines. The family’s philosophy emphasizes traditional methods, including hand harvesting, minimal intervention, and vinification in stainless steel to preserve the purity of the fruit and terroir.
