Pale straw in color with a fine, persistent mousse, this Prosecco opens with inviting aromas of orchard fruits, white flowers, bright citrus, melon, and delicate herbal nuances. The palate is light, crisp, and beautifully balanced, showcasing flavors of ripe pear, green apple, lemon zest, and subtle stone fruit. A refreshing mineral streak and lively acidity carry through to a clean, dry finish that highlights the wine’s elegance and drinkability.

Winemaker's Background:

Le Colture is one of Valdobbiadene’s historic family estates, with over five centuries of winemaking heritage. Located in Santo Stefano di Valdobbiadene near the prestigious Cartizze hills, the winery has built its reputation on meticulous vineyard management and a deep understanding of the region’s unique terroir. Today, Alberto Ruggeri works alongside his sisters Veronica and Silvia, guided by their father Cesare and uncle Renato. Together, they oversee every aspect of production, ensuring that each bottle reflects the quality, tradition, and authenticity that have defined Le Colture for generations.
