Ami Ami is the brainchild of two friends with a combined thirty years of winemaking experience worldwide. Inspired by French culture and the desire to create wines for everyday enjoyment, they focus on expressive, organically farmed wines packaged in sustainable formats. Grapes for the Vin Rosé are grown in the elevated foothills of the Pyrenees on limestone, clay, and gravel soils across three distinctive terroirs, Mediterranean, Oceanic, and Haute Vallée, bringing character and finesse to the final blend. After direct pressing and a brief fermentation at cool temperatures, the varietals are blended and boxed to preserve freshness and reduce environmental impact.
